- The offer described herein (the “Offer”) is open to Canadian residents only.
- Offer Period: The offer period is as indicated on your test drive email that you received after having registered at the auto show.
- To be eligible for the Offer, you must visit Toyota booth at Auto show and register to take a test drive of one of Toyota vehicles at your local dealerships during the offer period. Toyota employees, affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
- To be eligible to receive your choice of The Ultimate Dining E-Promo Card, Esso and Mobil E-Gift Card, Hudson’s Bay E-Gift Card or Indigo E-Gift Card (value $25), you must have registered for a test drive offer in the Toyota Booth at a participating Canadian Auto show. You must, during the Offer Period: (a) visit your local Toyota dealer in Canada and test drive a Toyota vehicle (in compliance with the test drive procedures and policies of that local dealer). Proof of a valid driver’s license will be required; and (b) following the test drive have the dealer confirm the test drive took place by validating your unique PIN (found in the email confirmation you received upon registering at the auto show). You will then be directed to www.toyotarewards.ca to select by the date indicated on your email and have emailed to you your chosen E-Card. Each individual claiming the reward must fulfil the obligation of taking an individual test drive. Multiple claimants from the same test drive are not allowed.
- There is a limit of one PIN per person. Each PIN is valid for one (1) offer request only, and may not be reused. The PIN may only be submitted by the offer registrant. PIN may not be transferred.
- By submitting your Offer Request, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions of Toyota Canada with respect to all aspects of the Offer, which decisions are final and binding. Offer Requests received after the end of the Offer Period are void, unless otherwise determined by Toyota Canada in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Toyota Canada, its advertising and promotion agencies, participating Toyota dealers and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and, if applicable, their respective advertising or promotion agencies (collectively the “Releasees”) accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or claims of any kind or nature whatsoever caused by or resulting from: (i) the failure of any person to receive the email offer for whatever reason; (ii) any test drive of a Toyota vehicle in connection with the Offer; (iii) any event that may interfere with the intended availability or operation of the Offer either temporarily or permanently, including but not limited to any electronic network, computer problem or any other technical or human error of any kind that makes continuation or proper implementation or fulfilment of the Offer not feasible; or (iv) redemption issues with an E-Card. Redemption issues are the sole responsibility of the 3rd party E-Card issuer. The Releasees will not be liable for: (i) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to any telephone or computer network, handset, equipment or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (ii) the failure of any popup, PIN, E-Card or other information or materials to be received, captured or recorded (or received, captured or recorded in timely fashion) for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation any of the aforesaid causes or delay or failure of postal service; and/or (iii) any combination of the above.
